In the 2 years I have owned this car I have had a few very frustrating service occurrences with this dealership. My most recent service encounter was no different. I hit a large pothole on 2/11 that immediately caused my car to shake so I knew I had done some damage. I called the dealership, and they could not get me an appointment for over a month. Service department staff are pleasant but service falls short. I own two cars purchased new and get them routinely serviced each at their respective dealer. My other car got routine service, bill less than $100 but also got all fluids checked and refilled plus complimentary wash and vacuum. Took my Genesis in for routine service and some other service. Paid over $600, car was dirty, hood left open when I picked up the car, driver seat way out of adjustment and windshield washer fluid empty. Got an "up-scale" car but service, not so much!
RAM 1500 Truck, called to get my truck serviced as the cruise control went out today and the warranty is about to expire. Was told they couldn't get me in for over 2 weeks, I said my warranty will expire in that time frame and they said I'd then have to pay for the service, they suggested I just call around to other dealership to get the truck in there.
